Mr Randel told me that my ride and my crew were not "welcome" as we are a "Heat Score!" He also came unglued when C joked about Bunnies he shot and called me a unfit parent because I hang out with people who conduct themselves in such a salacious manner. This of course was communicated to me over the phone while he slung swear words and I hung up on him.

I swiftly removed him from my Christmas card list and forgive me if I don't flip him bird when I blast by him as he runs out of NOS on a high burn.

As always an honest post.

Got me wondering: what's a "heat score"? and how is partaking of 'Wabbit', a salacious act?

"Heat Score" a goof who constantly attracts the attention of law enforcement. I think I earned that rep title (Heat Score) for the rapid pace I and those around me rode (still ride hard)! At the time I was getting heat from a lot of people, who stopped riding with me complaining that the police would pursue us, they'd pull over and I'd keep going, to allow them to befall arrest. Some bull crap like that... something to do with an overt penchant for hooliganism!

Wabbit. I believe Mr. Randel had a few "pet" bunnies (he domesticated" and he posted some pics of them). This was in response to a pic I took of my son posing in a helmet and black leathers with arms crossed (I was making light hearted fun of Mr. Randel's "Spartan Pose," pictured in the article above).

To these pictures Mr Blast posted a light hearted joke about hunting and eating rabbits. I believe the post suggested if Cliff was the Rabbit, I would make light work of eating him.?!

To this post Mr. Randel took offense and decided to paint all of us (Nation Members) with a negative brush, assuming we are malicious and inhumane in some way (when really he needed to have a sense of humor or recognize that the world does not necessarily champion the same ideals, ie that some people hunt and eat rabbits and some keep them as pets).

Hence the phone call. I called him to take him up on an invite to visit his house and talk bikes and he went ballistic about the bunny comment, how I am some bad parent for sitting back and not defending him and that by association I am responsible for his hurt feelings. Some swearing took off, I hung up. My regret was that Beast man got caught up in it too and was also negatively associated, when really he did nothing.

So to Mr. Randel I say, good riding, I have not lost sleep over the missed opportunities to ride with the venerable Mr. Randle or his HP Project Bike!

Hey C, how's the rabbit taste out west? Eastern rabbit is delicous! A lil gamey, but goooood! Rabbit stew is perfect! I prefer domestic rabbit tho. Lol, easier to kill.

Rofl! The rabbit in washington is actually really good. We got some pretty good size thumpers that hop around wild here. Pretty much need to cook em low and slow because the meat is tough at first. Once seasoned and stewed, they comes out awesome. I also cut em open and lay them flat on the grill. Excellent in the summer with a cold micro brew!

I had a friend who raised the most deee-licious wabbit! We called him the "Rabbit Farmer"; go figure?
We had a feast on a couple of occasions and I gotta say......much, much tastier that the 'run and gunned' variety.

Brought in a tidy sum raising rabbit for culinary purposes and breeding champions for show on the side.

Raised them out behind the family funeral home, he did. Don't know if they were ever featured in the reception lunch following the ceremonies, though.

Thanks for the education on the quaint term, heat score; new one on me, but the best course of action would seem to be to stay ahead of the last man in the group! Maybe not enough nitro in the saddlebag to stay off the tail end?

The heart of the bunny was definitely the best part, the texture was a bit different, but good. As for the preparation, braised bunny was great. That day it was his fault shouldn't have been out there when we were shooting. At the end of the day we are all PREDATORS!
