The flash you had was not a 'bad' flash necessarily, but I can put myself in the seat of it mentally. I also know that when customers are seeking the maximum performance available in a machine, that there is a way to go after it. In the wonderful new tuning world given to us by Kawasaki and other manufacturers that are embracing advanced ecu's, and incredibly powerful tools like the Woolich software, we can pursue it. Myself and Nels do that to the absolute highest standard and the best of our ability. We devote absolute focus to our craft and we are in a position to have ready daily access to more than one dyno in order to PROVE out every aspect of a flash. We proof every theory. We talk through and approach it as a passion, a goal. Absolute performance. Again, thank you Cara. I try wasn't trying to be a downer about your last flash. We saved the file, and it is yours still of course. If at any time you want it or want to examine any aspect of it for yourself, absolutely no prob! This is also Not True. I am a fan of all these tech tools and dig into all of them on a regular basis. Promise you results can be achieved many ways. There is more than one flash software player in the Game. Recently got a ECU Edit tour, all pretty cool stuff. If it works on 650 hp Busa's should work for our daily rides agree ?. I was given the ECU Edit tour. It works great too. No biggy.

Sure. Anyone can flash an ecu and/or remove the safety. If shown how to and given the tools, sure thing anyone can do it. But not everyone has the resources or the desire to. That's why we send our shit to you guys and trust you know wtf you're doing! But flashes aren't just that, they're also about tuning and fine tuning this fine sexy bitch or any of her relatives. In my opinion and opinions of many others, C has it nailed! The CBlast flash is far superior!

Here is the real deal, I KNOW what software was used. He is trying to say because wooly was used I think his safety map was functional. He is wrong. There is only 1 method. If it is 'shit off' electronically, it causes a system fault. The math needs a place to go. Hence, the wooly method. And it's the way. All the maps are tied. This concept is written in the service manual. I can't fix the basics over and and over with this guy.
Another lesson,
As to unifying fuel maps:
The factory doesn't unify them because they set the bike up lean for emissions. They have to differentiate the # 3 cylinder richer slightly to compensate for the increased lean conditions heat to that cylinder. When you tune it 13.1:1, the # 3 cylinder does not run appreciably hotter. This has been proven with a heat gun reading my headers temps live. Unify the cylinders CORRECTLY and the temps are balanced and power is greater. All by only small amounts, but it is all these small amounts that result in big power. One last time, here is MIKE VELASCO, Freddie's mechanic, running Priscilla on the dyno.

To make a Flash yourself you require one of two things

1, A 40,000 Dollar Dyno.

2 A 02 sensor in your exhaust.
