Hag, was the leaky alt. wire fixed in the later models??
I want to say the factory corrected it starting in '05 but I'm not sure. KawasakiWorld knows for sure.

Muzzy billet basket and stock clutch, with barnnett springs and you will be just fine. Oh yeah get a muzzy pipe

Nice vest Smat!
Yo Beast thanks. Hag and Faz, not sure if you like to spin me in circles. I've talked to Mitch at Frankenstein (races and services 12r's). He has many performance, boost built, stock serviced 12's. His site is full of them. He owns two of his own. Suffice it to say, decades of experience. He told me you're both crazy. The alt issue is sorted on the '05 and the clutch - he finds it hilarious that a street bike ridden hard could or would blow the clutch. He said he's heard about it, yet never seen one go.
Me thinks I'm ok. Thanks for the good looking out, but he basis his input on owning, wrenching and riding the zx 12r.

Hag and Faz, not sure if you like to spin me in circles.
Join this forum, introduce yourself (tell 'em I sent you if'n you want), and ask those guys what they think. It's one of the oldest 12R forums around.
The guys that live there have experience with turbos, all the various big bore kits, and bone stock platforms.
It'll be worth your time and it's a pretty good group of folks.

Hey everyone, how's the clubhouse doing? Since We got the new dyno room up and runnin out at the shop in Woodinville, it's been fantastic. Building many great tunes and refining the efficiency of our process. Some of the most fun tuning and learning I have ever done! We have awesome flashes complete for almost every late model sportbike now. Being a part of the process and seeing the tunes for different machines develop and evolve has been incredibly fulfilling. Thanks to everyone for all the help encouragement and support!
We have a little voting contest going here in small town Washington, on one of our local news stations. If any of y'all have a minute and are so inclined, please vote for 2WheelDynoworks under the 'Best Motorcycle Shop' category. Thanks in advance y'all! This is the shop where we build our tunes! If ya like what ya see, throw us a vote! WOT!

How's the clubhouse today?! We gotta get Cap10 in here! He is a rowdy one! ;), and fast. Boy howdy.
I finally did some cleaning on Priscilla and used a little plasti dip to black out my Marc1. Peels off easy, so it is great for trying a new look. Whadya all think?

Text me some close ups of that! It looks killer! Is it on the inside or outside? I might try that this winter.

Roger Nasty, pics comin! I did it on the inside to preserve the glossy outside, and it's pretty slick with the decals under the plasti dip, gives that etched look. I like it. I think.

Thanks Bobby! I think I'm gonna keep her like that for a bit. I like that blacked out sinister look.
