Congrats,,,,,Love Love Love the mustang. I pored my wallet into a 89 Cobra GT years ago. Other cars I've owned may have made more power but NONE were as much FUN To Drive. I still keep a eye out for a deal on a Snake. Bucket List

I like. It is getting to be new car time for me and it is gonna be hard to resist splurging on a new money pit. I'm really interested in that Nissan GTR. Mustang is great too. Really like the Attention Blue.

Love it! The first new car that I ever owned was a 87 lx 5.0. Since then, I have owned an 85 gt t-top, 94 cobra, 91 gt convertible, 03 cobra convertible, and now I currently own an 06 roush. I must say, some have had more power, but the new s197 bodies handle much better than any. Even better than my cobra with the independant rear (still miss the convertible tho). My next one will probably be a 2013 Gt500, but I will probably be holding onto the lightning forever since they don't make them anymore.

yea this thing is a beast especially this new coyote engine they put in the 2011 and up.icant get enough of the sound with the new pipes i have.no need for a radio at all.ill just listen to that thing scream all day.Rook my buddy has a GTR if u have the money thats the way to go.thats my dream car myself.the car is ridiculous. thnx guys for all the good comments. all i rlly need now is some new rims and tires.

GTR one sweet ride 4 sure. I'm sure it bests the mustang in every way. Except one. Fun. All wheel drive not going to let you drift. = Boo lol. Would love to drive one. 90 Grand = Never Going to Happen 4 Me

I have a set of 19", chrome, staggered, saleen heritage rims that I bought in 2006. I fell in love with the new body style and new I would one day own one. Now that I have the roush, I am happy with those rims. I plan on putting an adapter on the lightning so I can use the saleen heritage rims on them. They are still new, in the box in the corner of my garage. They should be lighter than the lightning wheels and therefore make the truck respond quicker. I placed some 20" rims on my lightning once, and it actually took 1 mpg off my milage, and a whole second off my 1/4 mile time (went from 13.7 to 14.7 bone stock).
What I like best about the saleen rims is that I have only seen 1 other set.

Rear wheel hp was over 630,,,,, con rod # 4 let go,,, All Ford upgrades. They said iF Not they would never gave replacement motor. He is very happy. Old motor was beat and was cast iron block. New is Aluminium. This guy is a savage,,,, new it was coming. If you can kill that motor you must work at it.

i got a full SLP setup.sounds killer along with some other things like roush cold air intake and all.thinkin about getting the boss 302 intake manifold and a mamba tuner with race tune.supposed to add a solid 60hp to the wheels for 1200 bucks. since at this present time 6 grand for a supercharger is a tad outa my reach

Very Nice, my Camaro came with SLP Loud Mouth center mount. Nice bark but not to loud.
