Bought a Harley, a 2014 Street Glide Special......no, I didn't get rid of the big Ninja, bought the Harley so the wife and I can go cruising. And no, I won't post pics of it here, this obviously is a forum for zx14's. As you can imagine, different as night and day, the wife has ridden on the Ninja, but in all reality I don't enjoy two up riding on the 14r, cramps my style...meant for one person with bad intent, if you know what I mean!!!

When the wife/girlfriend's happy,everybody's happy....usually.Thinking on keeping my VTX for that purpose for my new young girlfriend but then it may have been the big ninja that attracted her to me in the first place.Congratulations on the new Harley.

I'll admit - I came close to selling my S1000RR and buying a HD this year myself. They're good bikes - Congrats and enjoy the ride!

Don't get ride if the ninja, it's nice to have 1 reliable bike.

Johnny it won't take away from your beloved. I've got a 2013 CVO Electra Glide and at times it's really fun. I've had it over a year and have only put 1100 miles on it but it's still fun to have. I have to ask you, did you change the air filter on that? It looks like a Screamin Eagle air filter and the new ones are part of the Project Rushmore with H-D and have a different looking air filter. Mine has one exactly like yours. Just curious, but that's a beautiful bike man, I LOVE that color!!

Thanks C, yeah it's pretty to look at----but completely odd feeling to ride, as you can imagine. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but the big Ninja is still my main squeeze!!! Don't you want to develop a flash for the Harley? LOL!!!
