I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent service I received recently. I needed to replace a few parts on my '07 ZX14 and after a lot of looking and searching for the best price, I decided on these folks! http://www.actionkawasakiparts.com/
I ordered $300 worth of parts, including a lower right side cowling. Upon receiving my parts, I did not notice that the cowling was cracked (near the top right corner)

until I was about to mount it to the bike.
I initially had trouble getting a hold of a live person (hate leaving messages) and after several attempts, got in touch with the warehouse manager "Jessica". Jessica took it from there and set up the pickup with FedEx the next day and went ahead and ordered my new cowling. After checking the tracking and confirming Action Kawasaki received my broken cowling, I called and was told that my new one was already on its way. I received my new one a couple days later, intact and perfect.
