Hi all, after my crash this autumn im in need of a pair of new slip on cans.
I wanted the same Yoshi TRC carbon slipons as before but now the german workshop tells me that those have to be special/custom made for me.

Tried to tell them that the mufflers are stock yoshi trc carbon slipons for the ZZR/ZX14 but according to the german yoshimura importer they have to be custom made....
I find that very strange as i can find those mufflers on the Yoshi USA website...

Could u guys tell me if there are any differences to the exhaust between the models 2007 and 2008/9 because the only difference i see on the fiche is some change on the headers. the rear end/mufflers look the same...

If no difference then the 08+ mufflers should also fit my 07 bike.

If no difference then the 08+ mufflers should also fit my 07 bike. You have answered your own question. Show the guy the different gasket so he knows that the GASKET is the custom part he is confused about.
2006 to 2010 Mufflers will fit all years. Any slip will slip right on any year header. If something looks loose or tight because the header was change from 2006 to a 2010 muffler, then the subtle gasket difference stops the swap. No welding/machining/metal movement needed to swap slips or stock mufflers and headers.

Tell him if he has the right gasket, he would not look the fool after 4 years of the bike being out in the field starting to grow teef she is too slow is slips won't help.
