I can only recommend the color rite pens....here's the numbers for the GBG(gold Blazoned Green)...base color...1811,mix color...3811.I have a set...they take a bit of trial getting the correct matching shade and all....but they work okay.Get the color right on a piece of plastic or something...let it 'dry' just a bit...and dab it on there with something small...a q-tip or small toothpic.

It's called 'in the field' is what it is. Bumps, nicks, dings, rock nicks, wipe me down look at more scratches = Leave it alone. Wax the whole part as if it's not there. Color me bright and honey I need your nail polish is now look at that mess. If the nick was smaller, now it's an eyesore is walk away from it. it's road grill.

Don't get me wrong Wolf...I don't use the q-tip for anything 'fat'.I get the tip pointy, then dab(a little)...then wipe lightly if I've gone outside the chip. The paint will wipe off as long as you don't wait till it sets. The toothpic works very well for very small nicks...just a smidgen on the pic...nothing like a drop or so.Poke it in there and cover the undercoat....it'll look nice and 'unoticeable'.

Hub's right though...it's inevitable...sometimes ya just gotta overlook certain pits and such. You'll go koo koo...don't ask me how I know.;)

My first 14R...GBG...beautiful....not a mark on her. Then one day I looked at the headlamp for some reason....FU^%!!!A pebble had bounced up somehow and lodged itself between the fairing edge and the lamp housing.GEEZ...what're the odds of THAT happening?I was totally devastated.Pulled that bitch outta there...nice half moon break outta the fairing right there at the nose.I got a razor blade and carefully shaved a teensy bit from the fairing edge right there...enough to give the appearance of a smooth line.It actually worked!Turned out okay...I got over it;)

HAHAHAHAHA I totally agree with you boyz, just forget it, overlook it and ride. My boy Beast was riding in front of me, flung up a rock and it nailed my 14 causing quite a pit. I am going to paint it with the paint number you recommended and just keep going. In the end, she will see plenty more.
Thanks so much Green for the help. You too hub, mad thanks...
