I know hub was interested. I know sic might like her. I know wolf wants to fuck her...

The second to last show my screen flashing across 1098 Racing because of its state of tune is why I took that pic.

I didn't sell her. I have a helluva close friend. She is still mine. She will always be mine. I was out in a position where I had to choose between my families welfare and the everyday life with that duc. So my friend made me an offer I couldn't refuse. He helped me. He takes care of my girl. I park her again in my garage or ride her or track her any damn day I want. I will have her 100% back in my possession and any perceived debt squared (I can almost guarantee, the only perceived debt is in my mind), within 12 months and I will have achieved my life's goal of having assembled what I consider the most potent track/street two bike combo. Period. I will be honest and real because I started this thread. I had to basically choose between:

And Isabella for a short time. That my friend was no choice at all. And in the mean time, I went out and made massive progress on stage 1 of what in 12 months is going to be a 2012 ZX-14R that is going to make your head spin. Watch and see what Cblast crafts. Mike the bike is so down to help me build my dream. I can't wait for the day when I can post the successful accomplishment of not one but TWO masterfully crafted machines with the hands of Freddie Spencer's mechanic involved at every step. Now do ya see? This has been my dream since I looked up and Mike Velasco helped me adjust the carb on my dads race bike. Why? Because he is probably the finest man I have ever met. He just wanted to help.

Ok c a lil lost here. What do you mean you had to choice between your duck and your kids? I could understand if you meant giving up riding, but since you bought a black beast im confused. And also what's it like going from THAT to a more sport tourer bike. I know the 14r has more power and tq but the duck has really good tq also and weighs nothing so thats more than makes up for the power and tq difference. Please descibe the two bikes differences I love hearing that kind of stuff. Ok I'm now sitting indian style with my hands on my chin waiting for this reply. Please make it with good detail....love this shit!!!

Okay, I mentioned about it before. My oldest brother Morgan died this year. It wasn't quite unexpected. He had a massive head trauma bout a year ago and suffered a couple seizures. So. All his medical, his funeral, everything, ended up on me. Why. Still not sure. But I woke up one day, opened my fridge door and was like WTF? I have that duc out there and I am doin all this on my bank? I called the one man I trust when confronted with a dilemma like this in life. He solved all my probs. one minute. No shit. And fair is fair. Math is math. A debt is a debt. He holds my princess till I AM SATISFIED. Soon. Anyway.
Part two of your question.
Y'all want truth?
1197cc 192.1hp at 12000, she can't run there long. But did that on one honest pull. Had to tune her back to 184-5 to make her run right on pump. 101.4 ft.lbs was her best run. She has 92 ft.lbs right now. I can't tell you how stiff I have her set up. She is a fucking knarly beast! Look at the pic of her 3/4 on from front. Go look at any other 1098. Compare my steering head angle in your mind. Now try stop that bitch from turning like a scalpel. Try control a wheelie with that power to weight. Try control spin. I have her geared to 170-175 max she will almost melt the tire in fifth. ;) everything else around a track is in the bin foreskin. She accelerates through the 1/4 mile traps with me riding at 9.88 143.7. With mirrors on. I ride her there. Ride her home. Ride to the track one day. Ran into a pro fuckin around on his duck. Got him by 1.3 seconds every lap all day. Ride home. :))) she is a dream bike sir. But so is this! Olivia is instrumental in helping me choose upgrades. Always.

Pictures dont do the duc full justice, remember seeing one at the ducati store when Eric Bostrom was there doing a promo, and I remember saying, there are a lot of nice fast bikes, but that 1098 is a work of art ! when you see the lines in person, it just looks amazing !

Thats sounds like a fun bike. I was soooooo close to pulling the trigger on modding my engine also. See I live 30 min away from carpenters racing. One of the top engine builders in the country. If you know engine work you heard of bob. So this is the first bike I really thought about getting it done. So after talking to him 3 times (yes I'm a pain in the ass) it was going to be just under 5000 to port the head, bigger cams, 47mm throttle bodies and a few more things above my head. My bike pulled 201hp he said that was what he sees also and he had a 14r in there while I was talking to him and that one was now pulling 235hp on his dyno. I got an instant boner. Long story short, went home and talked to the boss (aka wife) and she was right, just like every other bike I would get bored and want a new toy and never get my money back.........she was right like usual. Already eying up the 1000s again.

Ask bob about my busa Evelyn. He helped me with a big bore kit for her during stage III of that build. I'm sure he will remember Cbass. I called bothered the shit out of him during every step of that assembly. Was basically an out of the box big bore kit though. Flawless. Another story. Got rid of her to buy that duc! :))))

Wow nice c your old bike was in my neck of the woods. Yeah would love to ride a built engine but truthfully I don't keep em long enough to get my money's worth. That's a long ways away to send your bike though, unless you were closer back then. And did you ever notice how alot of us go from bike to bike. I would love to see a pole here on how long most people keep their bike's before getting a new one.

Hahahahaha. You don't get it man. I mail ordered that shit and installed myself in my garage. I tuned it myself. :)) I'm not sure bob has too many customers from Washington that mail ordered a big bore kit and plonked her in themselves. :)))

Ohhhhhh nice. Sorry reread your post now it makes sense. God I wish I had the time and knowledge to do those things. Hell this weekend I'm taking in my bike to a local mech. (Not dealer) to get my tires installed and oil changed. Hell I usually work 12 hour days and on the weekends I ride about an hour and a half usually in the morning before traffic and the heat. Not to bad really, already have 6400 miles on her.

No shit Z, my 14yr old son and his hooligan friend just did an oil change FOR me. Gavin did it all, he was in charge. I took pics. Ate a hot dog. Drank a soda. Done.

I was literally too busy chatting with you to get to it. That's another Cblast no shitter right there. You should see him ride.

Yeah this is an easy bike to change the oil and filter on. I used to back on my 09 14. My new town doesn't take oil drop offs now. So its a pain. And truthfully I change it usally at the start of a new riding season. I don't keep em long enough to care anymore to be honest. But like I said I'm always at work. I have never talked to you guys from home. Always from my note2 phone!!!! See I work for a big utility company, you know power lines and all that good stuff. Well we work overtime pretty much everyday. And on call on weekends if something goes wrong like storm sandy I wasn't home for 3 weeks. My days during the week are getting up at 530 and coming home either at 730 at night or 11 for a real long shift. Makes for great money, but my free time is spent relaxing, riding the bike, or lawn work. Oh and having to see my great wife too!!!! So yeah I love riding my bikes for sure but the passion for working on them like when I was younger..........gone. And I type to you guys going to new jobs or waiting on things!! You look like you have a great family. Your a lucky man C.
