DDM HID Lighting Question (Need P/N's)

Just got myself a 2009 ZX14 that is stretched 8". Now the sickness starts in putting my touches on the bike.

On my ZX10R I had the DDM kit with 6000K lighting on both hi/low and loved it. No issues. Now I need to improve the lighting on the new bike.

I see lots of discussions on HID lighting but yet have found someone list the part numbers, bulb sizes needed to properly order the kit.

For those that have the DDM Kit, could someone please provide the following information:

HI Beam Bulb Size -
Low Beam Bulb Size -
DDM Tuning Part Numbers and quantities

If someone can list the information, I think that it would not only help me but others considering this upgrade.
