The 14R is a shitload of bullshit everyone.....most fucked up sportbike I ever owned.If you're thinking about getting one...forget it...get a liter....something other than a Kawasaki preferably.Just a total disappointment so far with mine.Some fuckin flagship...shit man...this fuckin tuna boat is sinkin fast.....cheap build quality....lousy ergos....power is all hype....it AINT smooth.Can't shift right.Sputters and pops all over the place...embarrassing.Wieghs as much as a fuckin Blue whale....and about as easy to handle as one....what a joke...it's a POS...stay away from it at all costs...get a BUSA...something other than this hyped up rolling abortion.

Bolts fall out....fairings come apart...some 'fitment upgrade' I tell ya....shake and bake..that's what this thing is...overheating coolant spitting jack off bike.All hype.Brakes don't stop it...fucker weighs a ton.Can't corner...jive...all jive....any bike's better than THIS thing....for GOD's sake(an yer own personal self worth)...do not get an bugger green one....they're definitely a clown cycle for sure.EVERYONE's made fun of my bike since I've gotten it.Hell...I'm ashamed to ride the damn thing...so fuckin goofy lookin.

Check your hoses... Mine sounded similar. Left hose was plugged but became unplugged.... Right hose pulled out of air box (idle speed sensor)...

OK, I have been reading the 14R posts religiously since its inception. I can remember GRN14 praising the 14R as if he was Kawasaki's poster child with rave reviews about all its improvements. Could hardly believe what I have just read - seems to completely dismiss everything you have said about the bike in your previous posts. Didn't you mention how smooth the engine was after installing the new Brocks pipe and getting your maps adjusted ... how insane the power came on and lit the pheramones in your brain which made you spew barely controllable praise for the new bike??
I read that you were now selling her due to speeding tickets?? A divorce is often bitter and both parties shit all over eachother due to hurt feelings. Wonder what your ride has to say about you?? Dont abuse her too much, I may want to buy it. Maybe there is a lesson here and that is "if you tweak something long enough, at the end you wish you just left it alone." All I can say is I love my "STOCK" 14R ( besides pegs,bar-risers,decals & rack)she made my 2010X14 feel old truely just like my 2010ZX14 made my 04 CBR1100xx feel old,I can say the only other future mod ill be to rid myself those cans for some Leo-vince slip-ons for sound & looks as I belive she has plenty of HP as is !

I power wheelie thru the first 3 gears at such a violent forward trust that it hurts my wrist and trys to throw me off.. I`m talkin way more trust than a zx12r. If you are on the fence about buying a 14r just do it.Wait till you feel how good it rides and sucks up bumps,how good the brakes are,how good it handles at any speed and when you feel what happens cruising at 4000 rpms in 6th gear. No bike is in the same league as the 14r at this point.the whoosh of air this son of a bitch creates is mind altering".

I hear it Grn. There's a slurping noise, and then a farting noise, and then some weird high pitched murmering at the end of the video. The strange thing is it's after you shut the bike down. I'm thinking some kind of gaseous bubble in the electrical system that works it's way into the #3 spark plug bearing. I'd try massaging the spark plug wires with some K-Y cable lube till the bubble works it's way out the porthole in the upper exhaust access plenum. If that doesn't work, switch to a synthetic gasoline with anti-diuretic properties. Good luck!

Nah...I'm doing fine...as always.I'm just tired of readin about how much shit is wrong with the new bike....MINE is flawless...so I don't see where all these negative posts are comin from.I'm not the only one with a flawless running 14R...I can't be.Modded....piped,PCV...mapped...fuckin rocks and rolls.I just don't get it.
