Please explain why this only works with a full exhaust as I don't want to do anything to hurt my dream bike. I would rather leave it stock.
It won't hurt your bike if you go with the slip ons and take the flies out!
My logic was that the gain from removing the flies on a 2010 are minimal, not worth the effort according to some. I concluded that people that are removing the flies on later models are looking to get the most out of the 14. So why would you bother taking the flies out if you're putting slip ons?
Also unless you can get the Akrap Slip ons at a bargain, you may just add more pesos and get their full system. I also see that you're getting a TRE so don't bother removing the flies... the TRE will take care of that.
Are you getting a custom tune?
I can picture you cuddling the bike and reading all the info about it lol
