Hey darryle, My purchase was private from Milton. Do everyone you ride with have 14s or is there other rides along with you. I have a rock solid ZX11 for sale on KIJIJI right now if you happen to know someone in the market. Lots of money invested in ths bike she is a good one. If I didn't have this barn burner of a deal drop in my lap I would still be riding her but I just couldn't pass this one up.

Hey Darryle, No Thanks on the TB MOD. This beast is more than enough upgrade for me just the way she sits. She has an Awesome motor right out of the box. Akrapovic slip-ons for a nice throaty exhaust note is all this pure full HP monster is getting. This is my dream bike I have been waiting for. I plan to have her for as many years to come that I plan to ride. I'm more interested in bulletproof right now. Thanks

Are you listening HUB.

I sure am. I am all about bulletproofing. It has to last the lifetime it could. I do that mirror thing. I listen to the pro's with the bore me out, hear me out. Anytime you hear those "do this mod," you add a percentage to the decline of the amazing out the box vs. the work needed to maintain a stepper upper.

Mod means 'touch.' When buying used, you need less touch. What is amazing are the tiny problems a novice can create for himself. However, there are top novices with good skills. You find used, they probably take care of their stuff and end with their stuff..[hopefully] in that way = Is a buy.

But, you bought out of crate. That says not a thing wrong with it. YOu trade in a car or the old car now, you have the minor service calls, not the major teardown, meaning, your car now has zip for problems you go trade the thing in. It is a machine, so you've lived with it, know it in and out or you'd be [stock] on the road or hearing something you'd have someone listen to, because it's not sounding good/right.

Take that bore out the throttle body. That is a 'no return' and dealer says no thanks. New owner goes, I don't know? I go, are you kidding? It's a parts bike, guy... That mod says another mod, says another mod, and so and so on. No way hose say can you see that scratch on the panel? Yeah, that's the one I needed. Got a wire, oh you snipped where I needed to bla-bla-bla a part is I need that part too. Someone on the other parts bike had the good panel I needed, and obtw, dis looks like the same move on the other bike is your bike no thanks!

On my end, I'm going sell someone a nice ride, pretty well maintained = STOCK Bike. No cutting of wire harness. No drilling out and now it's one of those, 'ready for a return [rotation].' You look at a clean, notampered with [any bike] it is worth it's whatever going rate, you can't pick at it. You sure can pick at it someone messes with it. That value is you walk if you want to find one, it's out there. But to demand the going rate, with mods or mods removed, it says = Salvage bike/bin bike/spares on wheel$ kind of, you should have left it alone.

Oh, one day you typed on line you needed a map?. Buy a beater? I have a beater, but it keeps beating someone better than average if used says anything about used is to check compression before you buy. Who cares what it looks like. Did you throw leg and look forward? Are bugs in the teeth? Did you shithend of your rear in the rhetorical theory that stock is pretty much a fridge with wheels you leave it stock?

I agree with Hub... Don't mess with it too much if at all. However, the "rotation" of my bike is ending with me. There will be no trading. That's why I don't mind certain mods. That being said, I won't touch the motor!
