Great vid!
Great but where's the on-bike video?
She's not skinny but way shorter than Brock, maybe 160 lbs with gear? To do that on the 14 or 14R I would have to get on a crack diet! I would like to see what kind of numbers hubby can do!

"Real speed record attempters do not carry cameras unless they are integrated into the streamlining. At 200+ mph, a piece of rubber the size of a pin head could knock you off the bike".
Is it just me?Or does this statement make absolutely NO sense
If and when I do mine...I'm gonna have to let all those flyin bugs and shit know..."hey,stay the Fuc$ outta the way for a few minutes..will ya?"
Gotta watch those pinheads...VERY dangerous LMAO!!!!
"Here's one from Ohio with the race seat and cutdown tank. It made it WAY easier to get down behind the windscreen. I didn't feel any wind on my head or back even at 200".
Guess those pesky pinheads took the day off there,eh?

Don't worry Rookster..I'll have ya one up this year...onboard...
At 200+ mph, a piece of rubber the size of a pin head could knock you off the bike.
That has to be a bit of an exaggeration, Priv. I have no doubt there is a lot of merit to the idea because I have heard large bugs smash on my helmet face at much lower speeds. if you check youtube, there are onboard vids of 14s doing 200 or close to it. I've done 160 with a side fairing cam totally in the wind stream. I would feel 100% confident with a stem mount. Only thing, it would be in my face when I tucked. That is where I usually see them for top speed runs however. If it did come off, it would not be propelled by the wind.
If you hit a bird at 200 yur focked just as much as he is.
this one is pretty quick watch close
There's a lot of birdstrike aftremath vids. Here's the word of the expert.

Just a thought. We would like to discuss our bikes, the zx14 and zx14r. The FZ6R forum is a solid community. My wife was a member before she upgraded to her GSXR750.
best of luck.

Mark, sorry mate, but you are full of shit. You posted your laundry list of bikes you have owned, and it's not that impressive. The gen 1 busa and gen 1 GSXR are about the only contenders on the list. That is also provided you owned them back in the day and not last week.
Not trying to hate on you, but you have been trying to stir shit here lately. Learn a little humility and people may accept you. You don't have to own a 14 to be here, but don't talk crap about it when you don't even have a bike. That's right, I don't believe you bought the Honda either.

Of course you had all those before the age of 18. You are still under 18 and bikeless. If you don't know what a Yamaha DT is, do a Google search and learn something......wait, can you do a search with WebTV?

You have no clue. It's easy to talk a big game behind your keyboard. It would take too long to explain all the reason why you are full of shit. I'm not going to get in to a pissing contest with you, but if mommy and daddy ever bring you out to So Cal, let me know and I'll show you how to ride a big boy bike.

Grn14, you are welcome anytime brother. There are a lot of nIce roads out here. I don't get up to Ortega or Palomar very often, too many heros and cops. There are much better roads with less traffic. We have an 1/8 mile drag strip just a few miles away that I may try this year too, and California Speedway and Willow Springs is not too far.
