I am attempting to take off my front wheel but I cannot get any of the mounting bolts to budge. Any suggestions?

If you can't break it loose with a small 'breakerbar' extension there...one really quick and sharp loosening turn to break it free, then you may have to buy a hex wrench ..small length(hex 'bit')...the kind that goes into a socket instead if the angled one...and put that in there...now,smack it good and sharply with a decent medium heavy hammer. One hit.Maybe two...to get it to crack free.
Just a side note here..the hex you use MUST fit tightly and have nice flat and sharp corners.Otherwise...she's most likely gonna round out on ya.A file works well to sharpen a hex that might be slightly 'rounded' on the corners. It must fit in there snug...no slop.

I would suggest using a soldering iron to heat the bolts up to remove with ordinary tools. I use a ratchet with a hex head socket. I would be very careful about using a breaker bar on these little cap screw bolts and hammering is pretty risky, I would only do it gently if nothing else worked. The hex holes can start to strip easier than the flats of a hex head bolt. Then you drill....a lot.
Heat will get rusty frozen bolts loose about every time.
When you get these out, I might have a look at the hex holes and determine if maybe they are used up. Maybe you get a new set for the next time.

Listen to what everyone here says. I have been there and done that. The bolts are $7-8 each, I know. Some stuff that screws into different metals need to be treated with Anti-seize by Bosstex. I use it on plugs and bolts like you are working on right now.

Ya...ESPECIALLY those caliper bolts.Even my trusted mech rounded out one...on my 07.They start to bond to that mount hole metal if ya don't either use anti-seize...or change your pads regularly.Overtightening is definitely a killer on those. You know...the manual calls for removal of the front calipers everytime you do a front tire change.Maybe that's why?IDK.Would seem simple to just leave those calipers in place(I have before). They know what they're talking about...even if they don't always come out and say..."this is why".
There are advantages to 'doing your own maintenance'.

Don't underestimate the power of a good quality penetrating fluid. I prefer AeroKroil fluid from Kano Labs. It is a hassle to acquire but well worth it.
PB Blaster seems to be a decent quality product also. As preventive maintenance it may be a good idea to remove those fasteners periodically and put a drop or two of corrosion inibitor on the bolts. Plain old automatic transmission fluid or even Marvel Mystery Oil has a abundance of corrosion inhibitors that would serve this simple application. Just pay close attention to the torque specification upon reinstallation of the hardware and don't overtorque the wet fastener.

what you guys talking about? never seize..on your caliper bolts? REALLY? just do like Rook says and heat them up a bit. Mother Kawi uses red lock tight on everything when you get them out clean the red off the bolts and use blue lock tight when you put it back together. Your caliper bolts are the last thing you want vibrating out on you. just my .02 cents

If it does not come with some sort of anti-seize thinking the factory needs it, what are you doing with tools in hand and a liquid to boot?
Step away from the vehicle. Bring hammer to a delicate part? I have to insert the dildo part of the video, because there are too many suckers of the cock IS choking on a bolt.
