*We need a U.S 14R meet slash party slash ride!*
How cool would that be?
Good luck with that!
Privateer has twice suggested a group ride as adjunct to the COG association. I have done the same only in conjunction with the MSTA. The national ride this year was at Avon, CO! Hard to get more beautiful than that or whole lot closer to a "central" point for gathering.
Both COG and MSTA do all the work in planning and arrangements; so all we have to do is sign on to the party and show-up.
Nobody has bothered to do so. Suggests to me that ZX14 riders are just naturally "loners" and really do not want to flock together.
Not that there is anything wrong with that; but why continue to "jones" about a group gathering or ride when those two organizations are happy to have a contingent on any number of their rides/convocations each year?
Another possibility would be just to meet at Sturgis or Daytona or Indy Moto GP or the Ace Cafe or ................
It would be easy enough to do it if anyone really wanted to do it.
My two cents!

I'm 17
I have the vrod still
No grief for your age, but how do you afford all that at 17? Trust fund? Feel free to tell me it's none of my business, but it seems rather incredible.

Oh on the kid who is 17, hey that's one lucky kid. At that age, for me at least, a 500 two stroke was way too much. Hey kid, have you looked at the Isle of Man TT? Maybe not ZX territory, but definately a lure site for us speed junkies... Second for the youngster, what's your weight and height? What's the insurance like on that?
