Does the 14 require resistors when switching to LED bulbs in the signals or can you replace the flasher relay? Or is there no change required?

I think they sold you the wrong ones when you got those because they are no where close to fitting the 14 but I decided I'm getting clear alternatives smoked and call it a day the ones I got from you will fit my buddy's bike

Wow, ok, sorry about that.
For future use, here is a company that makes plug-n-play replacement flasher modules that let you mix and max LEDs and incandescents. If you go 100% LED you need to add a load balancer thingy, but they tell you about that and sell it.
