Hey Bean, When you get that radiator guard installed, can you take a few pictures and post them up? I've been thinking about buying one. It would be nice to see a few pictures of the install before I buy. I also want to install mesh screens around the open areas on the side fairings but I'm not sure how to attach them to the fairings. Thanks!

NO worries guys as soon as it's on I will take some pictures, bears I asked on another thread about the side mesh screens he said just use the twin 5 minute epoxy glue and no silicon, the silicon gets hot then the mesh will seperate, this is what he used from an order that came with his manufactured screens from the suplier hey bears you asked on the how to thread thats where scottjkyl answered you from mate

Hey bean, yeah I saw that yesterday from scottjkyl on the How to section. I didn't get a chance to respond to that thread. I will today and thank scottjkyl. BTW, the radiator guard looks nice! Good job on the install.

Thanks bearsZX72 Hey rich67 theres just 1 small 10m bollt down the bottem and just 2 cableties to the top there a bit awkard to get on just a bit tight to get in there mate, I think it"s good though istead of the possibility of say $798 to buy new radiator with labour and coolant ontop of that

Hopefully in a few weeks blue !! I have my first real phisio apointment monday but dont see if the bone is better till the 27th just less than 3 weeks away, but I do feel more positive that I may be riding at the end of this month as I have taken about 10 steps without using my crutch on the bad side with no pain, so im starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel The problem isn't changing gear it's bending my leg at only 55 degrees which isn't enough to sit down an get my leg on the footpeg yet, but im trying my best mate !

didnt take the bodywork off I just had to manuvour it in, take a 10mm bolt out the bottem, rebolt it in then its akward to get in at the top just 2 cableties each side at the top! hey my mate used my bike last sunday, he went through a grasshopper plauge, then massive rain downpour on his way to my home, heres a picture when he was leaving 11am!!!!! weather on his way back!! when he put the bike in my shed!! it took only 5 minutes to totally clean the dead grasshoppers of the next morning with "no" damage to my radiator or coolling fins! and the rad guard came up like brand new!!

Installed mine last night, Nice mod. Only trouble I had was the wire ties up top. My big ass hands were a bit clumsy for this task!! lol Finally got things secured around the radiator mounts and all is well. Thanks for the info Bean!!
