Are all gen 1 fuel pumps all the same? will my 2008 pump fit in a 2006 tank?

Why would Schnitz racing list one for the 06-07 and one for 08-18 there must be a difference?

First gen had a deep pump body sticking farther out than future gen pumps. The revision is what your '08 pump is running with is the shallower body sticking out. Same oring part number so the body still uses the same diameter.

Yes, any gen pump fits any gen tank.
