The thought has crossed my mind that maybe this isn't the bike I should have bought. Incredible bike, but I find myself riding my other bikes more. I really don't know yet.. but its a thought.

Its a BLACK 2012, pretty much showroom condition with 1100 miles. I have Genmar risers installed and a factory centerstand and factory grab bar kit that are not yet installed. Its about $450 in accessories.

If I were to list it.. what do you think is a reasonable number?

Fist thing, sell the accessories seperatly, they are worth nothing on trade and not enough to make a difference to a private party. Blue book retail is just over $11k, but the real answer is whatever the current market supports wherever you live. If dealers are giving deep discounts on new units it will drive down your resale. $10.5-11k is probably realistic.

I may be off, but my guess is 11K or a little above that. Remember, there will be a few leftovers going new for the same price out the door. If you are going to sell it, we are in the season for it to move now. Cut your losses if you want to stop the bleeding now.

If I were to sell it, I better hope Kawi sells out of new ones and there is still demand.. but that probably won't happen.

I still have one blackbird I've also got for sale (just sold another).. then too many other bikes - TDM850, DRZ400, scooter for the wife, XT225.. and what I find myself riding the most and really loving is an 08 Moto Guzzi Norge. You guys will probably laugh at me for that one.. but its just a great mile eating bike.
