Had a Great day the front chock System was perfect for both bikes going in to the Self locked the front end & holding it 100% safe ! & then it was very easy to install two Tie Downs on the front ( but I have to put new 4 tie loops in to a better position for 100% Tie Down brace angle & just a Little more off-set than central and outside aswell, no biggy lol the rear pad Locked Rear 9/16" pin is Security Locked while hugging & Locking the rear Wheel tight. im going to sheet & frame the front for now to protect the font ends & we have a small tool box to mount on the front tow bar.

All looks sweet to go bean nice job on the trailer and mountsCheers ethin14 I put 2 Tiedown lugs further out at the front, the same distance from the center of the Tracs to the middle of the trailer, John gave me 2 more of them cause the center one is ok hey if ya look at this pic you'll see what I mean lol the front will be another 300mm taller when i've finished it,
did you use gasless wireYeah ethin14 (Innershield)
hows the recovery going, that leg going to hold up on 2 wheels in tassie.Weather it likes it or not it will!!( my LEG) but i think i'll be right mate, im seeing the Ortho this Wednesday & im positive i will start back at work the following Monday! like i mentioned above, that hill in my rear yard is that steep my wife has got up there once in nearly 6 years ,& last week I tried and gave up, but some 8-9 days later i got up there! that's a biggy for me as it's been over two years since i last got up there.

would be good to have a plank down the middle to walk on, even made from ply bolted on. on my trailer I like to put a tie over the seat as well.
Bought a new MiG the other day had to build a guy a tool box, so picked up a new single phase and fabed up a box in the shed , goes on the back of a small truck, my 3 phase would have taken forever. always been neater on a stick
Running Lincoln wire, was OK but can't beat the old argoshield, didn't want to pay for rent on the bottle,
Maybe have to look at better wire but was OK, messy shit by the time you get to the end.
Thats a good climb up that hill, don't do a humpty dumpty act.

didn't want to pay for rent on the bottleYeah bro thats why when i bought my single phase LiquidArc 152 Mig Welder @ Whyalla in 1994 all i've ever used is the Gasless (it can run with Gas) but im to skinny(tight) to pay rent too! and besides she's allright for anything up to 6mm otherwise I use the Big ones at work with "Their" Gas
messy shit by the time you get to the end but still strong.Did ya youse a Spatter Gaurd mate ?? & yeah it's a high tensile weld, yeah to true!
a tool box,Good job! on the "Toolbox" lol it's a bit bigger than a toolbox mate.
Thats a good climb up that hill, don't do a humpty dumpty act.Should of seen what my wife saw I was on full strech with the old rope (WEATHERED )i was facing downard above 4 meters of bluestone Boulders (random)(Right inbetween the Olive tree & the Diosima)when the rope snapped! i landed on all five rocks comming down and did a roll on the Lawn & only broke my little finger.
would be good to have a plank down the middle to walk onI phoned Goody up this morning & asked if he would prefer some 2" mesh put down,im also thinking about 3mm ally Chk Plt.

3mm ally check would sag between bearers, may need a bit of extra support. sure you could come up with something there
They haven.t got some bits of scrap floor mesh off the drill rigs at work have they, Whats in the steel rack ???
Would carry the load better.
Don't tell us you just broke your little finger

Ya right about that ethin14 but im only back @ work for 8 weeks then a brake (Tasmania)again for nearly two weeks followed by the Easter break,so it's gunna be a great way to re-introduce me with Heavy Engineering again, plus i've had that much time out + $$$$$$$ that feeling i had back the morning before my stack about wanting more time off!makes me think well if i go another thirty years of work like so far, i'll take that as apposed to missing some long detached from the realworld mate plus i've allways been a sick puppy lol I enjoy Working! RIDING !!& Good nah Great mates!
