Sooooooo, picked it up Saturday morning in San Francisco, rode home to San Diego over the long weekend, 500 mile trip turned into 900 miles by taking mostly backroads. Absolutely love it, previous bike was a CBR1100XX.

2013 ZX14R ABS, Red, Scorpion Serket Carbon slip ons, centerstand, Rizoma Mirrors, MRA DoubleBubble, Gen-Mar risers, Buell pegs, ThrottleMeister, GIVI V35, Corbin saddle, backrest and glovebox, Power Bronze Hugger, Radiator Guard...so far...

hi and welcome, great bike for long distance riding. use it as sports tourer myself great for those weekends away or a week or two at a time.

Great bike mate yer my last one was a 04 Blackbird too thought the Zx1400 was the natural replacement for it too injoy bro as we know ya will

Yep, found it on both Craigslist and ZXforums.com. Paid the $8k for it, but alllllllllll the extras made it worth the price. So far so good, getting ready to do a long-ish trip this summer in conjunction with MotoGP at Seca, trying to figure out what tire combo to spoon before the trip. Ran Pilot Power 2ct fronts and Pilot Road 2 rears on my CBR1100XX which worked really well, just not sure if the extra power on this thing would be too much for the "sport-touring" rear...
