Back on topic in Creeps case, the vids of M4's don't do them justice....they are much louder, deeper, throatier in person....close to open heads...but tamer (and quite a bit less conspicuous) :)

Think Im gonna keep running her just like that. I dont normally play where theres alot of folks. Stay away from those areas as they draw alot of extra heat..

Just did another 60 or so miles and I like it. With the helmet its not so loud even tho its pretty damn loud lol. Funny thing tonight Im sitting at a light lady pull next to me talking on her cell. I reved it alittle just to annoy the hell out of her. She looked over at me with this nasty look and I just laughed my ass off inside my helmet thinking fck you for talking on the cell.

One thing for sure they def hear something coming....

Green this is for you:

Right now theres 432 miles on the bike. Ive been pretty much running it at 4K RPM with little runups, but nothing crazy.

This morning I had a full tank of gas Shell 93 @ 266 miles showing.

Returned home tonight with 432 miles showing and the Empty just started flashing as I made the last turn unto my street. That means without the cans I was able drive about 166miles on a full tank of fuel. It was a mix of city and highway driving. Not too fast and not too slow. Spirited is a good word.

3300RPM=55MPH
3500RPM=65MPH
4500RPM=84MHH ?? Memory Lapse on this one
5000RPM=90MPH

I havent paid much attention to my MPG this week. I know with the motor breaking in I should see a increase in MPG. It def seems that today the bike got better MPG with the cans off. I could be wrong maybe cause its breaking in? Let me know what yours are Green.

Well thats it. Ill update if any wierd shit happens..

Creeps.

PS: HUBS THANKS FOR THE INFO... Much respect..

Cool videos Hub... Grn get a chance check out my replys. Like to know what your RPM is at those speeds with the cans on. Im just wondering if theres much if any difference in speed with cans off or on. Other than that enjoying good weather today. Bike is pretty loud for the first 5min of riding then you start to go deaf and its all good from there.

Actually theres 3 Harley's with straight pipes in my garage besides the 14 which belong to my buddy and theyre actually as loud or louder than the 14 with the cans off.

Ordered FE kit yesterday morning from Cycle58 so Ill hopefully get that on soon and get rid of the mudflap.

This is the kit I ordered:

Thats it we got snow coming tonight so no riding this weekend sucks. Maybe it wont snow? Anyways have a good weekend.

Creeps.

Hiya Creepy...I've posted a couple of vids in the "accessory" section...Rook and I were talking about cameras.Click on those vids if ya want...the tach and speedo are pretty clear to give ya an idea.I wouldn't know about what is 'more power'....with or without cans.Nothing here to compare her with!

The 2012 ZX14 has really turned out to be a great motorcycle. If I was 20 years younger I'd be buying one right now.

However, pretty soon I will have a 2012 Concours 14 ABS in my garage, which will better suit my riding activities.
