Top of 5th I think, can't say that for sure though.......... just kept clicking gears as the light came on....lol

Will the quick shifter work with vortex rearsets?

It's universal, so just drill and tap the shift lever for the bottom like normal and use the self adhesive upper mount to stick it to the frame..........or drill and tap a hole in the frame and bolt it up...... pretty straight forward.

will the quick shifter work on a PCV

All I know is it works on a ZX14 with a power commander, and it's a universal type kit.
