Looks really good, Edge. I like that the texture is visable even in the photos. Are you covering with CF vinyl and clear coating?

Thanks for the compliments. It's actually a painting technique which simulates the CF look using layers of silver and charcoal metallic paint. I am (learning) pinstriping the edges with red One Shot paint to tie the whole thing in with the red chassis pieces I have on my 08 LE. I'm not that good with the pinstripes unfortunately. I got a wild hair and painted a 3-D CF skull on the front fender as well and CF tearing through on the nose fairing last weekend. Just have to finish the pinstriping and buffing and I can put it all together. Funny thing is I have no idea what it's gonna look like on the bike.LOL
I can't wait! Maybe by the end of this week. It's definitely gonna be different than anything you've seen before.

Some more after putting more of the front end together along with the new Xentec HIDs. I never turned on the headlights, that's just the flash in the projectors.

The black is just the factory matte black with three coats of glossy clear, forget their fancy name, looks charcoal under some lights. Anxious to get it out in the sun. Someday we'll get some, maybe.

More done today. Just have to pinstripe the lowers and program the SpeedoDRD and the PCV which I'm looking at right now. Just got the insurance today so if all goes well maybe I'll be riding tomorrow or in a few minutes!

I like the "I'm going so fucking fast, my paint is melting" theme you did up front.

You da man!
