Just got a quote of $249.00/year from Stste Farm for full coverage, $100 deduct. This is the one and only good thing about being an old fart with a clean driving record.

Through State Farm I got quoted 260/yr, full coverage w/ a 1K deductible, 250K liability limit. I had to move my cars to State Farm to get it though, which is fine as that also saved me money.

W/out my cars it was 380/yr, or 420/yr if I went w/ a 500K liability limit.

I've been with Dairyland for years but they wanted 560/yr for the 2012, but only 320/yr for a 2010 model which I thought odd.

Progressive wanted almost $1K/yr.

42 yr old, clean record.

Just worked out the last 2 speed bumps that might prevent me from getting this bike... the last and final speed bump might actually be the deal breaker..really digging into Insurance qoutes now.. geico, progressive.. just comp $2100-$2570 WTF!!! forget about full coverage with those prices it would be cheaper to buy 2 bikes and keep one on the side just in case of a wreck or theived..
these rates to me are fuckin monthly car payments,, Soooo fuckin pissed right now as I'm used to paying $300-$500 in one shot and I'm good for the year or at least 8 months,, and on top of that the 2 companies mentioned above only offer annual policies.. Anyway waiting for a couple of brokers to see what they can do,, honestly it looks dim
for christ sake I'm a middle aged man and shouldn't be in these brackets anymore,, can't justify spending this much on MC insurance

just opted for liability and comp for 257.00 with a $500 deductible.... full coverage would of been another 1000 dollars.
