ADDICTION

Just another trailer Sunday.

The first step is to admit you have a problem. I cant stop making things to tow.

Latest addition is the quad bike trailer.

That is cool! What did you use for the axle?

Stubs are shiny steel turned on lathe.
Axel is C channel with the ends trimmed and folded down the welded.
Hubs have 2 bearings crush tube and dust seals inside and out.

So you're telling me you built the axles and everything yourself? Very nice work you have done sir! I am impressed.

I had to. The wheel came with 2 stock bearings like a bike wheel set up not like a trailer roller bearing.
Turned down steel for a dust seal then smaller for bearings then thread for nut. Also needed a spacer for the outer seal between nut and outer bearing.

The wheels are for a Chinese quad bike front. Got them and the bubs with tyres cheap on our local version of ebay.
