Parts number problem
05/14/13 1:31 AM

Hi all,

I have a parts number fiche for my ZZR1400 (07). However, it does only list part of the partsnumber. For instance, a well nut is indicated as part number 92153B. But I know there is supposed to be another number, to identify what part of bike this is (ie the fairing, lower cowl, etc). I think it it supposed to read something like this: XXXX-92153B (where X is, obiously, a number).

Does anyone know where to find the necessary last part of the number ?

Get your part numbers from Kawasaki's web page. They list all superceded numbers and effectivities for each part. They also list what has been discontinued.

If you need a out-of-production part you can use Kawasaki's lightspeed parts tracking system to locate the parts anywhere in the United States.

Once you have valid part numbers it's easy to shop by price. Personally I buy everything from Ron Ayers in North Carolina.
