For some reason the power commander map site will not connect. Acts like the sever is down. I have a map for a 07 no flys aftermarket filter and slip on Muzzy's. It should work the same for yosi's. I dont know how to link it here. If you want it just PM me your email and I will email it to you.

good map for 07' ,

The map your shop gave was designed for better performance to match your new pipes.

backfires on decel and bugs me to death!

Completely normal, all is due to the fuel cut that designed into the stock factory ECU settings.

You'll learn to love it! It's usually not so hard to control with the throttle and if you block the PAIR that will help (~33% less popping, i would say).

Was wondering
Yes, Rooksteer and I were wondering about all the modding and now the slight problem with the physics? You wanna go forwards or backwards. A little this for a little of that is called "Modding" my physicsay nothing.

if anyone has a good map...
Hold on. Modding is one thing at a time so you know who popped and who didn't. So do you thing a map will change it? If your laundry list of mods you listed are complete, I'd PAIR for the course, keep the map, find a novelty size golf-T, park it in the "hose of pair." Buda-boom-budda-bing.

backfires on decel and bugs me to death!
Well, that's what I'm saying is part the hose out from under the ram chamber, figure out how to plug that off? Let the death of that pop begin you do us a favor and did it? I've never tried it.

I'm going to say, yeah, maybe 80% it's still breathing a 20% pop. Either that or you can't hear it at all.

When you look at the web site it only lists it 224-014. When you save the file it will have the "M" in front of it.

What happened to all of the PCIII maps on powercommander's website. All i can find now is PCV files. I have not tuned my bike in about a year, but i would like to find a better tune. It falls on its face if i give it more then 30% throttle off the line at around 1000 RPM. After it gets going it has no problem, but off the line it is a little weak, i think it is not getting quite enough fuel or too much air at that point.

That must be an error? My bike idles at 1000 rpm. I wouldn't give it more than 10% throttle at that speed ....if I were just putting along out the driveway or something. I wouldn't expect much out of any engine at that low of an rpm unless maybe a diesel. But prolly you could improve lowend performance a little bit with tuning. I doubt if it would be enough to make a great deal of dif at that speed. "Off the line" in racing terms is clutch slipping at 6K-8K rpm. Do that and you will have all the lowend grunt you need.

lol a Brock's map is not going to be made for putting at 1000 rpm...but maybe that was the point! You got a 14 viper.

I have a 45 Tooth rear. That makes the bike a little more easy to roll away from a stop light (noticeable but not a world of difference letting the clutch out for a street takeoff). If you really just want to release the clutch and lope away, you might try gearing it even lower. However, you might find it a bit of a handful when the motor gets turning + reduced fuel economy.

* Unless you have auto tune or can get a custom tune, I wouldn't be using the pipercross. It's a great filter but my mileage and performance went down the drain because it was letting too much air in.

LOL I don't know of and wouldn't try a map that did that. I thought he was just talking about how clean bike power up from idle. My tuner said my Brock's map was to rich at idle and couple of other places. The bike was using a lot of gas just idling but I feel like I can tow a boat! lol

Probably. I shouldn't be such an

but really, no engines make good power from an idle except the electric motors. I don't think V twins are even that great at real low rpm. Our cages feel pretty good to us because most of us drive an automatic and can tromp the gas to the floor from a stoplight. CAr engines don't rely on rpm as much as bikes + the automatic transmission has an automatic clutch in play for WOT launch. You can do the same with your bike.

I did not notice a huge diff between stock and BMC Race filter both run on the same map. Performance-wise, anyway. Fuel economy, IDK. I was told that an air filter will only add 1-2 hp on top end and there was no real need to tune for it. I accepted Autotune trims to BMC+Tsukigi+flies in. Had flies out, stock filter and Tsukigi. BMC seems to work as good as stock filter with that map.

Anyone have a full system map they could email me? scalemodeler375@yahoo.com

Thanks a bunch,
