Looks great! The green lowers really balanced out the over all looks of the bike, IMHO. I have been wanting to do the same with mine, same color - same year. When you put up pics of the grills, I thought it needed green lowers also. I like it.

Very nice looking! Say, what are you doing with the old lowers? How badly scuffed is that right side one from the accident?

Your pics inspired me to do the same on my 09. The lowers came in the other day and will be going on this weekend. I ordered the belly fairing as well. But keeping the grills black for now.

Beautiful day out here so I got my new lowers on, cleaned up the bike and went for a 100 mile boot. First ride of the year. So nice to be back out on two wheels! Definitely like the CLG lowers as opposed to the Satin Black ones. Here's some comparison photos.
BEFORE
AFTER
Still a lot of sand in salt on the roads out here in the Toronto area. Waiting on one big rain fall to wash it away. Hope everyone has a happy and safe riding season. I'll keep an eye on meets. Even if it's State's side, I do a lot of riding down there as it is.
Cheers!
Dave.

Glad you gotcher baby all fixed up. I dropped mine in similar fashion afetr about 5 rides. Forgot to put the stand down.
Personally, I prefer the look of the matte black lowers on your bike. Goes well with the tinted windscreen and the matt black grills. I would sand the scratches out...maybe use some body filler if they are really deep...and spraypaint them black again. Then you could switch between the two looks. It's always refreshing to try something new.
