Thanks blue! I am very pleased with the outcome. Still not 100% sure how this happened, but I know for sure that under torqued clamp bolts came into play...or came out to cause play.
If you haven't done so already, I would suggest that y'all check those bolts. The check is easy. Remove the bulb access cover above the fender and you can get to all 4 lower clamp bolts with a torque wrench. The top 2 clamp bolts, well you just got to tighten them down good. No room there for a hex socket and ratchet so I couldn't verify torque.

SquidCityCentralViD'uHere,

I am cracking up I stopped the type! Monster? You ready for dis one? Shit, what was I... I had it! OK, lame is the game... CRACK! The only crack I snort is taking a breath to breath, crack me up squid city central. How central in the center we talking here?

D'uh you want to see another video how the abstracking works in the cent tear I got it?

I pulled the handlebar and pushed the leverage bar in opposite directions and heard the same crack sound as in the video.

This leverage direction is a crack of the steering bearings and that cage being upset. Did they tell you that in the video? I'd like to see it.

You were so close was just one more nut to CRACK. Top crown nut was the cracking you heard. I sea from where my wobble fork legs are standing is a bearing cage being upset.

And wit dat comes more dickslap is blue in the face you'll be squidcitycentral like all the rest is find the best website going, then find it. The fick kill finger if they don't hit the ban button on me, I need another website full of squids to pound?

Pound the table like a rush INN coin is cap it till gain is one more flat rate quick crack me up is a loose bearing cup.

Got it. Thanks, blue.

Oh it's... It's, why it's Dave Moss? Guilty.

OK, look, last big money race at Willow, I walked the field looking at everyone's pipe tune. Overheard these guys talking about the front end with the same situation. I stopped my camera, walked over and you can hear the guys trying to figure out the steering in question.

I had them on the CRACK, but it was too bent like I said. You slam a swiss watch on the ground you might as well slam the front end on the ground, she's bent. I've seen it time and time again she's a no CLICK Key no wash she.

But that was more like a red flag they stopped the race. They could not steer and shit so I said the race is soon to go green, so you're fucked!

It would have taken way too much time to setup the front end we did it my way. I said good luck you are on your own. So, yes, in a pinch I would crack it back like slam it against the wall, hope the wheel does not cause a bend; With all that tire taking the brunt of the blow.

See, like I said, I'll look like I'll take a tool with me as I slam that front wheel against the first curb or tree that comes near me. You made way too many steps and that is how close you were to inducing a crack not to even make a peep.

I see that and I would not even waste my time with a loose bolt was more slam that bike against something solid would have lined that puppy right up same CRACK or way past it now, turns around anyone looking is smack the other side of the tire is right there we go.

NO WAY HOSE Say I have:

1.Yo She Bye The Balls codes it don't knows it.
2.Eyevan watt abstract he said.
3. Buzz Zay said lean. I said look at the book in safe to WOT is what I said show me lean @ 170mph the sensor goes lean?
4. Wierdwaysingworld of hurt on that tech rag is call them on the car pit is find mine in the pits is watt they say 5 times wing a ding-ding about that fly the sub the fuck it.
5. And Ear YO go!

I was gonna say earlier when this deal was first posted that the off center thing(which wasn't much)looked to me like it could have been done by misjudging a slow speed turn in some sort of confined area, and the turn radius ran out at the curb.I did that once with my 14.I misjudged and when I tried to "miss" the curb(you know, slide by it to park),I couldn't get anymore turn angle out of er...she was at the stop already.I glanced off the curb, about 5 MPH,and got lucky cause she had just enough momentum to continue slipping along the vertical curb surface, but I almost dropped her over on the curb side.As simple a deal as it was,it scared the shit outta me,almost falling over like that.Barely got my right leg out there to stop er in time.It was like REALLY cold,my hands were virtually unworkable. So trying to stop my baby with the front brake just didn't happen soon enough.Didn't bend anything, but it could have another day, another time.

At 7,500 miles, I repacked the steering bearings. I'm now in the process of changing pads, tire, fork oil, etc. I'd be a fool if I didn't take those few more bolts loose, crack the lower crown off the top crown and repack the bearings again.

I did not retract the front brake pads. This is rack and lift the front end off and pre-check my work. AS IF I could not hear a bearing loose, let alone feel it.

How many times am I setting up those split rings so it floats that effortlessly on the final torque? I hear crack, crack means load.

I assemble loose and start all over = No Crack! Then again, it's not my bike. I setup things for race. Not crack it go ride.

And that is why I crack myself YuP watching everyone do their setup!

No blue, no curbs, drops or crashes. Just a heavy handed mech yanking on the bars while the front wheel was locked dowm. No problem though. I got it all straight again and found a new start up mechanic. Has worked for a large dealership in the area and is now breaking out on his own. Good kid, likes to race and seems to know what he is doing. I like that I can be in there with him while he is working and it's never a bad thing to support a new small business.
