Got tired of the 12 year old passion red and decided to go with some fresh Chevy Laguna Blue. The color really pops in the sunlight and looks awesome on my 14. I also removed the Muzzy 4 in 1 Header and went back to a stock header with a pair of 2 Brothers Carbon Racing Carbon Mufflers. Just couldn't deal with the screaming header system or get with the empty look on the left side of the bike. I also installed a APE Manual Cam Chain Adjuster, and a few other simple bolt on goodies. Next on the list is a wheel swap to gloss black and that should hold me for this year.

Looks great! Instead of spending a lot of money on rims and time trying to find some in good shape, spend 20 bucks on paint stripper and masking tape and strip the paint off all smooth areas the polished aluminum looks just awesome! I did that to mine only took a few hours , the best upgrade ever! That would look great with the blue

I think blue might be the best color for Gen2 as well.

Looks good, GG. The 06-07 UPS Brown wheel color is not very flexible when it comes to various paint schemes. Was fine on all colors of 06 except the blue. Satin black will work. I think the polished look would do nicely as well. I'd probably get the tires changed first and then rattle can the wheels black before putting them back on. That will tell you how well you like black and if it gets scuffed up easily, just get the aircraft striper out on go to work. Ask a powder coater if they can work with polished rims incase you want to go back to black.
