I know you are serious and I am laffing because I am old, fat and so out of shape that iffens I was a motorcycle I would need a re-rebuilt title just to be revived. On a good note I did pass a stress test yesterday.

Backloading means what?
If the diet part of the regimen is the Paleo diet and if that causes you to burn the fat you eat before it gets stored as body fat on you, that's perfect for people who are already in shape. However, if you have excess body fat, even if you burn all the fat you're eating...you still got body fat.
The long and the short of it is, no matter what you do, if you want to loose body fat, you have to eat fewer calories than what are required to maintain your current level of body fat. If you choose to eat a few grams of fat/day instead of a couple pounds of carbs that's up to you---as long as it equals fewer calories than the total number of calories it took to get you fat. YES, eating very small amounts of food will cause a heck of a lot less bloating from gas and shit in your digestive tract. That will make anyone feel a lot better after 8 hours.
