Can some one help me figure out how to transport two zx14s to Deals Gap this May. My first plan was to rent a Toyota Tundra from Enterprise. The truck they had at the time had a hitch and was wired for trailer lights. The Enterprise agent told me they don’t allow towing but if my Insurance company would cover me “wink,wink” oh well. Needles to say they turned there fleet over and the new Tundra or F150 trucks they have don’t have hitches. I wonder if I could get two zx14 into the bed of a 2008 F150 with the gate down. I have seen it done with liter bikes but the truck had tie downs in the bed instead of on top of the bed. We rode last year and it rained from KY to NC and on the way home it rained from KY to IL so I really don’t want to do that again unless its my only option. Any ideas????????????

What do you drive? Almost any car can tow a trailer with two motorcycles on it.

Why not just trade the 14's for two Harleys and then trailer those?

If you don't think it will be practicle to ride, I'd only go with a covered trailer. My father has trailered his bike and it got a crapload of salt on it. Seemed like a lot of sand and stuff got thrown up from the back tires of his van. Ive seen some nice rear stands that have a rod which slides throught he back axle. The stand is made to be bolted to the bed of a trailer. $$$$

find a friend with a truck, J/K I can put 2 14's in the bed of my 08 f150 but I use front wheel chock lockers cause the front fender hangs to low on the 14's and they hit the bed of the truck

And you wonder why I keep coming here. I would really take that penny and check the head of Lincoln's head clearing the top of Toe's Jam. The gear, the bikes, drivers, speed to move a bit quicker is make more heat on those 4 tires.

One bike would go in backward so both would clear bars or break both right and left bars to set them forward. A peg tag a fairing, or say the front fender has a mark; is why I installed that sticker in front of mine is the wood plank I had walked and bounced the fender is a mess racking bike without a chuck or fender stopper...

I know for sure this works the best... And Shad UP tank tops for the info, Toe... Eye Got Dis....

i get a box truck with load hooks inside ..

^^Good idea. Some have an attached lift. If it only has a ramp, you can ride right up (if you're confident) but you might have to figure some way to get clearance for ramp to bed transition. U-haul will prob charge you under under $300 round trip. Chocks good idea. Straps a must. Easy does it on the bumps and corners.

Thanks guys for the suggestions I found a rental (Dodge Ram 1500 v8) with a bumper hitch and a built in plug for trailer lights. I also reserved a motorcycle trailer from Uhaul for 15 bucks a day. So we will carry one bike in the bed of the truck and pull one in the motorcycle trailer. I can't wait until Friday for one week of peg grinding and embarrassing GSXR, and CBR riders on there latest and greatest "race bikes" that most have never really learned how to ride....well not all just 90% of them anyway.

I had 2 1986 GSXR 1100's in the back of an F-150.... years ago!
