Japanese Brand YanaShiki. I don't want to say to much in case they are shit. Clearly a copy of Galfer Wave SBK at a fraction of the price. Can't be worse than the Bent ones I took off. Time will tell. Cheers.

Well the galfer pads are almost done, so I ordered a set of the REF's off e-bay today. Gonna give them a try hell for the money you can't beat them if they perform well.

heathun, I too just got a new set of these REF from flea bay. Same package as last time but the material looks a tiny bit diff. hmmmmm, I hope they are not made from old pots and pans from the Yantzeeeee River lol. The old ones still are mint but did not want to risk using old pads on the new rotors.

Hello guys im new to this forum. I was wondering if any of you guys got some feedback about the brakes pads?. Im about to order those REFs but i just dont seem to find any info/review over the internet about this brand and well... im a little picky when it comes to brakes. I had a Ninja 250 before my ZX-14 and the stock brakes were awfull, and i think the stock brakes on the zx-14 arent any good either so its time for a change.

Please guys post your comments on those cheap REF. Im looking also the EBCs FA417HH. Anyone tried them?

pd. sorry about my english!

After about 800 miles on them I like them. Good bite and feel, quiet and modulate very well. Don't appear to be abrasive on the rotors either and very little brake dust residue.

Just as good of a bit, but I think they have better feedback under hard braking.
