That is a bad thing! Harley davidson is Americana as it gets. It sucks to see them stop racing.

Yea, but they screwed up pro stock motorcycle by having almost a double displacement CHEATING advantage, thats why I dont like them, and in the 600 class, AMA they were allowed almost double displacement also, thats BS !

Harley needs more innovation in their products...when they were given the displacement exception, IMO it stifled their innovation and proved a detriment to motorcycle technology in general.

Yea, harley needed porsche's help to even make the V-Rod. Byron Hines is a genious with motors, but after all Suzuki did for vance and hines (V&H did a lot for suzuki too) they basically gave suzuki the finger, going along with their harley program for NHRA, and thereby pushing suzuki and other inline fours out of the competition, I have sent several e-mails to vance and hines, asking them if they really feel good about their "wins" knowing they have almost twice the displacement of the inlines, and they have not even answered one of them, for them I think it is all about the money
