I have to say that is sexy as hell for the first aftermarket exhaust to come out for the H2! :) Much better than the double-barrel cannon that comes on it.

10x better but I want to see something that looks sharp and mean. That's too round and pretty like something for a busa. Looks like a feminine hygiene product. I think I'd wait a year (if I could) and see if something else better comes out.

Holy crap! $1450 for a SLIP ON! Good thing all these H2 owners are rich.

Good point Rook! The H2 definitely deserves something to match its sharp lines and looks!

I am more interested in seeing what full systems come out from Brocks and Yoshimura. I was more surprised that Akrapovic has already come out with an aftermarket system so soon.

They had the same thought Maddevil had. Rich owners hungry for some noise would drop 14 hundred without a second thought. Maybe they were right. I guess I'd do it if I was rich. I'd do a lot of things if I was rich.

"come out from Brocks"...I don't think BROCK has any plans for this exhaust.He said that when the bike first was opened for ordering.He apparently felt...it's not gonna do so well.Why waste the initial R&D money.Oh well..his loss;)

Part of the reason would be they will probably not be selling as many as they will for the ZX-10. But a lot of people who are buying H2s have some bucks to spend so why not make the slipon price fit with the bike price.

There's supposed to be another ordering window coming up this year.The orders right now were quite good.More than Kawasaki anticipated.Well more.LOTS of guys everywhere were waiting to hear SOMETHING about the performance...and waited till the window closed.Now it's out...and the performance is all over the web and personal reviews.It's doing very well...those guys who waited,now they want in.

I would wait, the Akro just doesn't do the bike justice, IMHO,

H2 is not for me Rook, I hate to say it but I've only seen 170 mph once and 160 twice in the past 10 years, H2 is way over the top for what I need. I'm looking at the new R1 as it is supposed to have MotoGp levels of handling and Euro models are only a few HP down from the BMW, over 180 at the rear wheel which is more than enough if the handling is there.

Will have to live vicariously through Grn for now.

After learning that a 14R will run side by side up to 150,and then walk away from an H2 after that, I'll pass. Was actually thinking about buying one.

Well at least until you hit a turn, from what I hear the H2 is a decent corner carver.

Oh I'm sure it is, as well as it should be. 30k is a lot of scratch.
