Fleabay has C-F bodywork all over. Some is made in Russia, but you can get anything but a fuel tank for a ZX-14 in C-F.

Bought the c/f chainguard/rear hugger and airducts covers from Lockhart Phillips. Returned the airduct covers because of poor fit. Very large gap between the c/f part and the body panels. Also, the airduct cover was missing the front mounting tab that connects the cover to the instrument pod.
Keep the chainguard/rear hugger because it really looked nice, but had to modify it because there was no way to attach it on the right side. There are two holes on the right side, but they don't line up with anything. Ending up installing a stainless steel rope clamp attached to rear brake hose bracket. For the price, should not have to rig up a mounting bracket. Talked to Lockhart Phillips, who said they would look into the complaints I raised, but haven't heard back from them.

rattlesnake, you won't find the air duct panels in c/f that has those tabs. But they should not have the big gaps in them.

Correct, nobody makes air duct panels with tabs in carbon fiber.
My air duct panels came from MDI and they fit perfectly, actually better than the plastics.
Which was an exception to the rule because nothing else carbon fiber seemed to fit properly without some "adjustment".

scottjkyl/privateer;
Thanks for the response. MDI's site states that their panel has the tabs, but I am inclined to go with your experience vs the website. I've heard the b/s before. I will be ordering the MDI panels as soon as my Lockhart Phillips refund clears.
Will let you know what my experience is.
Thanks all.

Got the MDI c/f air duct covers today. They do not have the front tabs to connect to the instrument cluster, but they did have tabs back near the tank. They fit much better than the Lockhart Phillips, but the gaps are bigger than the stock panels. Will try to adjust the holes slightly to try to close the gap.
In spite of the gap, the panels look damn good. I have the chain guard/rear hugger and the dash panels in c/f and the old girl is looking good. As soon as I figure out how to upload pictures, I will take pictures of the bike and the gaps.
Thanks for the leads on these products.

After buying Mad's c-f air duct covers, I feel like I have a disease. Found a new L-P hugger/chainguard combo for about $50 less than retail. Hopefully the issues rs had were resolved, but if not, I can adapt.

Here is an old picture of my ZX14 either at 100% carbon fiber or on the way to it. When it went to the COG 2011 National Rally in Mt. Snow VT it was by then 100% carbon fiber, all but the tank itself.
By the way, 90% of the carbon fiber came from MDI.... they do GREAT hand laid, wet and vacuumed.

Had to make a small aluminum bracket for the right side of the L-P hugger and provide the not included grommets and fasteners. I also slit a piece of rubber tubing and slid it over the front edge of the hugger where it lays on the swingarm as a damper/vibration absorber.
