I've been thinking about getting a set. I'd love to hear what people think about them. Anybody that has installed them.

if they will lower the bike without the worry of bottoming out like they say that would be perfect

Believe that they're a shorter spring with a faster rate - meaning they'll lower the forks some but will compress faster to keep from bottoming......I may be wrong, but that's what I've been told about the Progressive lowering springs.

I know this is off topic but I have a seat for sale that mite help you out without messing with the stock springs. It takes about a inch in half away from ride height...

I had a progressive spring kit (non-lowering) installed on my ZX11 about a year before I just replaced the front end with an Ohlins cartridge fork (aka R/T). The progressive spring made a nice difference.

I haven't put one in my ZX14 yet, because it is pretty darn good stock. I may never change it.
