Spark Plugs can be changed

I posted a while back that I couldnt change the spark plugs. With 30,000km on the clock they had to be done this time round. Finally worked out that a 1/2 in drive socket was my problem because the join on the bendable knuckle wont fit into the hole where the plug fits. Brought a cheap 3/8 socket drive set and no problems, old plugs out new plugs in. At 30,000km the old plugs looked okay but gap was out of spec

Richard have you got a picture of the socket you used.

My factory toolkit came with a jointed spark plug socket that works like a champ.

2012+ do not come with that socket in the tool kit.

The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there.
