Guys does anyone run a 30 dry shot? and if so how do you like it? Did you get it tuned for it or are you havin the EFI system add the fuel? I may need a little more power for another top speed run. :)

Running 40HP shot with a Spray bar & 2nd map and Wideband 2 controller to make sure I don't grenade my motor.... It's fun, too much fun wheeling in 3rd at 115. There are different fueling requirements and you need a 2nd map with a 30 OR 40, many of the vendors will tell you just to fog the air box and that will fool the temperature sensor into dumping more fuel... The problem with that is you can not specify how much NOS each cylinder gets... that's why I installed a spray bar and balanced the lines to make sure it was being split up equally.... Was quite a bit of work but another project done.... My bike is a science experiment at this point...

Seno who's kit is it?? It looks real nice! I'm also going to blow my Muzzy M14 System out for the same Brocks system you have....So how did you tune the second map? On the dyno hitting the NOS? or does the controler do it? I don't want to use it a lot really just for this run.

Dynotune made the kit but all that's left from them are the brackets and bottles... . The solenoid that came with the kit worked but sometimes it would not... I got a different solenoid with more power, then got rid of the nylon shitty lines supplied and went with a 4ft 3AN steel braided hose, a few miscellaneous fittings that I had to machine, then a shower head, then a spray bar.... Make your own kit, it's really simple.
The Wideband 2 & PCV combo data logs the AF ratio, so starting with 15% then playing around with the settings I wound up going to 21% and that is 13-13.2 AF with ram air (still need more testing). I do also have a custom map but had the ECUnleashed fueling added to my ECU (was running a 0 map 1, and 21% map 2). Today I had it reflashed back to all the ECU mods & restrictions removed but also running it now with no "new ECU fuel tables" and a custom map1 & modified map 2 with 21%.
Hopefully that makes sense....

do you flip a switch to change maps or does triggering the NOS automatically kick in the correct map?

Map switch is hooked up to NOS trigger, makes it foolproof.... Worst case scenario; it will run too rich when tanks are empty...

Your welcome... It's really very simple. Tap a + lead off the solenoid and run it to the map input on the PCV... Very simple.

Im running a Muzzy kit 50 shot dry fogging the air box. I went from 180whp to 225whp. We did several pulls, and from my NA 87, to my 93 nitrous map, If im WOT and not spraying im down about 7whp. I was only doing a hair over 170whp. While running my Nitrous Map and not spraying at WOT, im rich, but not horrible.

Basically:
87 Map 180whp
93 Nitrous map without spraying 173whp
93 Nitrous map while spraying 225whp.

I like my Muzzy kit. Cant say I have any experience with any other kits.

Well I went with the Dyno Tune for the bottles but I thing I'm going to run the Muzzy spray bar for the even distribution. Seno how did you make out with tuning her? Any chance you e mail me the NOS map? Do you think that would be a good place to start?

Well I pretty much have the kit installed. I have it set for 30HP to be safe. I have it all plumbed and mostly wired but I want to get a better switch to activate the horn button as the trigger switch. Then it's off to the Dyno. I'm going to also use the horn button to trigger the second map adding 15% more fuel to start with and see how that works. I'm bidding on a 10lbs bottle on E Bay so I can use that as a filler tank for the little one pound bottles.

Seno has your bottle brackets ever loosend up from riding hard? It looks like it could happen?

I'm planning on getting the DynoTune kit myself. Also setting up the horn button like you are. I'll have to pump you for info someday.

Thanks guys! Yeah I love my garage for sure. I’ve been building it for the last two years ever since I bought the house. It’s a little smaller than my last one so I wanted to make sure I kept it as clean and junk free as possible. It’s the only place I truly rule other than the bathroom! Lol The wife and kids need to get a pass before they can even come in!

Thanks guy's! I pretty much live out there on the weekends. I put a a 55" LED with suround sound a few weeks back. I put on the Island of Man and crank the crap out of it to get me nuts while I'm working on my baby. Then throw in a few beers and I might even star howling at the moon! lol

Seno, I think you can not change maps on the fly without multi-function hub, right?
At least my PCV wont do that. When bike is running, map switch wont do anything. I need to turn off engine and then change the map. I´ve tested this several times with laptop and also with datalogger, and thats way how my PCV works.

I´m just curious because I´m building my first nitrous setup, and I have not received my Hub jet.
I ended up with a Adams spray bar with two sets of jets (16 and 18, those should make 40 and 50 shots, starting up with smaller ones).
