Not sure how much trust I have in a 2.7 ounce filter.

Looks like the foam Pipercross would filter more than the BMC. My BMC race is see through.

Good info. Maybe I got worked. So, your BMC does not look like mine?(street Maybe). Did the box it came in look the same? Flea Bay. Just another case where they fuck you at the drive through. I like how the Pipercross fits. The foam goes all around the filter and fits nicely around the cover. The foam on the piper cross is most definitely not see through. Looks like that memory foam. Maybe it's as good as they say. Naaaa,they say some Great stuff lol.

Got my new Pipercross Street filter today. Anyone know where to get the c9002 cleaning additive and C9007/9001 dirt retention additive?

I will email Pipercross and ask, but maybe someone already purchased some to clean one.
