Has anyone figured out how far off the speedometer is?

From the first minute that I climbed onto my 2012 I knew the gearing was different. It wasn't just the 41/17 for the 08 to the 42/17 for the 2012. The final ratios for the 08 is 2.412 with an overall drive ratio of 3.886 as compared to the final on the 2012 of 2.471 and overall of 3.980. I never double checked the difference between indicated speed on the 08 compared to actual speed, but, the 08 would show 80 mph @ 4000 rpm top gear. The 2012 showed about 73 at the same RPM using the 42. I went to a 41 rear sprocket thinking everything would be back to normal. Not so. With the 41 rear I am indicating 3 MPH faster than actual speed. The only way I could check was to run it through 4 different radar systems at different speeds to compare. I didn't have a GPS. All showed I was running 3 MPH slow at any speed. I plan to run a 55 rear next tire change and I think that might just bring everything even. We will see.

Yup...that's what mine is indicating...I'm running a 190/55 out back w/42 rear.

Same here, GPS verified. Lower speeds about 2mph off and 3mph at higher speeds. Pretty damn impressed. My M109R was 6mph fast, that sucked. My Victory is 2mph fast at any speed.
