I just finished cleaning and adjusting mine. I spray a little WD-40 on a rag and use it to clean the chain. I follow that with a short ride to warm the chain. Then I break out the 90 weight gear oil and old toothbrush. Wipe off the excess gear oil and spray a very lite coat of Bel-Ray chain wax to help hold the gear oil in place. Still running the stock chain with VERY little stretch on my 06 at 22,300 miles.
