Checked anti-freeze and have in garage batteries on maintainers. Should be good to -40 at least. won't get that cold in and enclosed building, even w/out heat.

even if it does, the antifreeze will probably not form solid ice until much lower than the anti freeze protection shown by a float test.

It's gonna be -30 tomorrow here and mine is in cold storage right now, I'll do nothing about it. She is just fine as long as you pull the battery, unless you want to buy a new batt leave it in and let 'er freeze and leak acid in the compartment. Also long as your coolant ain't a decade old that should under most circumstances be just fine. It wouldn't hurt to get a float tester from an auto parts store to check the condition of the coolant.
