FS: SW-Motech rack/Helibars & Pazzo levers

Howdy all
Clearing out the garage!

I am looking to sell a set of SW-Motech quick connect racks for the '06-'11 ZX-14.
These are designed to work with the Givi V35 hard bags.
I'm keeping my bags as I am going to re-use them on my new bike.
The racks come with all hardware required to mount them up and are in great shape. Very well made and designed.
With the racks removed, there are only a few mounting "tabs" that are visible, and even these aren't really noticeable.

I'm looking to get $150 plus shipping for them.

Also for sale, a set of Helibars for the above bike.
I bought these from a list member and never did install them.
$35 plus shipping

Lastly, a set of Pazzo racing levers. Black with black tabs. Both long.
(legit, not ebay knockoffs)
$85 plus shipping
