So here it is... I just got it back from the paint shop. Mr. Paint out of OKC did the work for me. I think he did a fantastic job!!!

WOW.
Thats damn sure unique. Mark is a hell of a guy, and a great painter. Good choice.
That answers my earlier question, as to if you're in OKC LOL

More PICS-let's see the front! It is just AWESOME-great work and very clean with the pipe and all.I truly think with the lines of the 14,paint mods and such really work well-better than the Busa IMO.The design of the 14 is just so much more "classic" in the sense that they're one of a kind-and totally look like a high powered kick ass sportbike.I love mine-even if she's the "plain stock" 14.I get so many comments about mine-people really like it.Amazingly even the older folks-they just ask questions and think it's very "cool".

I love the painting itself - the green flames looks rad. Not my kind of look for a bike, but it's great to have all different bikes out there to look at and enjoy.
Not sure the rim sticker's match the green paint now though?
And how are you going to go with the painted screen? When in a tight tuck you may struggle? Anyways, I can see what you got it painted to match the overall design with the face/teeth. Very creative!
LOVE the cannon too!!!
Thanks for the pics!

That is sharp!!!
Damn, I think we now have more OKC Metro members than any other city now. But I still have not seen another 14, well except Timber but I work with him, going down the road. Granted I work weekends so I don't get to go to the Big Hat.

Thanks for th props guys! Yeah Aussie Ninja when I got it back I noticed th whel stripe doesn't quite match too. But that's ok. The next mod is the wheels. I'm going to modify the stock wheels and have them chrome plated. And as for the teeth I actually started making a new set today. I want some that are a little different. So the ones in the picture are going to be for sale. Also for those of you interested I'm going to start making sets of the custom teeth and selling them. As for the Oklahoma boys we all need to get together and maybe plan a ride or something like that. I think that would be alot of fun!

If your just going to get them chromed how about trading me my brown 06 rims for your Monster black ones?? Nothing wrong with my rims just would rather have black.
I had a set powder coated black but they didn't turn out to good. Looks fantastic but the shop messed up the bearing seats. Don't want to spend all that money all over again.
P.M. me. Maybe we can work something out???

Looks different for sure- good job!
Just a little pointer- the spikes in the air scoop are most definately restricting flow and your bike will be happy without them IMHO- looks good but when it takes power away I can't help but second guess it.
The Tsukigi is starting to grow on me too.

Lmao!!! Its not boring. Atleast its of your own bike. Mine (before you said something) was of the stock monster edition :( Hey have any of you guys went with the 16 tooth front sprocket? If so what did you think? Did it make a huge difference? I bought one but havent had the chance to get it installed. So I was just wondering was it worth it?

Gearing will provide the greatest increase in performance for the least amount of money, I always hear.
You really had some nice work done on that thing. Really, that is about the nicest airbrush flame scheme I can recall seeing. The teeth are a little bit much for my taste. I would have to take them off after a while. How do you hold them in, with Denturegrip?

Rook:
I'm having a 16-tooth front sprocket put on, and I was wondering if changing from a 17-tooth to a 16-tooth helps to correct the inaccurate speedometer on the 14 or throws it further off. Any thoughts? Can't get my pea brain around this one... -bg

I would only have a guess as I am currently using stock gearing. However, the 10mm higher than stock rear tire on my bike seems to have brought my speedo close to, if not dead on accurate. I'm judging by comparing my speedo reading to traffic around me after and before the new tire.
I would think going to a larger sprocket in back would have a similar effect on the speedo as a larger tire. A smaller sprocket up front would be causing the same sort of speedo change as a larger sprocket in back. Just going down 1 tooth in front would change the diameter of the sprocket by a much larger percentage than going up 1 in back . You might actually have a speedo that reads too low after going down one in front. You will, in effect, have over-corrected your optimistic stock speedo reading.
If you go down 1 in front, up 3 in back and go with a 190/55 tire in back, I think your speedo might not ever read over 35mph!

lol, 1 down 3 up you're going to be reading about 100 everywhere you go. Even when cars are passing you.

Can't get my pea brain around this one... -bgThe tone wheel goes around once which is hooked up to the output shaft. One tooth or any tooth has nothing to do with the tone wheel moving the same 360° turn. Speedo will read the same input of one revolution = Faster or slower is the rear wheel speed of the sprocket ratios.
You will still show the same mph, but the rpm will be the speed change. So at 65mph you were running 3,200 rpm stock, you now are somewhere around 3,800 rpm @ 65mph. Make sense? You gained an extra 500rpm/give or take is not 600 say to get to 65mph faster sorta speak.

Sweet paint job! Mine is getting painted this week so I should be up for a ride soon.

If you go to a 18 tooth front it fixes the speedo error to withing 1-2 mph of accurate according to my GPS
