Rossi sold his Moto3 team to clear the way for him to buy a MotoGP team.
If it's the case thats perfect.
MotoGP needs Valentino Rossi, his presence and his experience around the paddock.
Just not on the track where he is now consistently being shown up by the rawest of rookies and his results are becoming an embarrassment.
Yes, I know he will have one or two reasonable qualifyings and races and the commentators and everyone else will say "He's evergreen, forever young, what a rider at 42, keep going, etc".
But look at the overall season results over the last few years (last win in 2017 I believe) and that tells the whole story.
And as all can already see, the best thing the factory Yamaha team could have done was let him go.
Now he is now Petronas Yamaha's liability...
And the great Valentino Rossi riding for a second team and not in the top one?
