In my case its 3rd..... good for the twisties as all you gotta do is leave the gear leaver alone and roll on and off the throttle.......

as the song says

yu ho all gears above 1

2006 CBR1100xx with a few mods + V Star 1300A Cobra swept exhaust,Fi2000 EFI,Big air kit, Rad cover/Guard,Forward controls/pegs,Pillion mini boards,screen,rack,Saddleman seat a few chrome bits.

second is good too, but only for corners under 35km/hr (20mph) indicated.

Depends on the road, I don't have a favorite gear. I do have a favorite rev zone for the twisty stuff between 7k and 8500. In that range she pulls hard and you can lite the tire up at will exiting, plenty of engine braking so you never have to be completely off the gas to adjust corner speed without braking.

2nd for the twisties bean I feel your pain mine is sitting out side in the garage on stands waiting on new parts but I can sit on her and make belive Im on the roads next I will put a fan in front of me to make it seem real
