Pushing to clean the chicken stripe for what? Can you turn off the shift blipper? Your kind of bike beating is going to need the same brand back on. Grippers. Hot on one side, cold on the other, and here comes the cold side, can't be going in like the hot side, remember.

I'm not keeping up on torque values, but if the H2 and your bike go head to head?

Hubster, you know chicken strippage is directly proportional to corner speed and lean angle, all other variables held constant. Now just under 1/4 inch running 31.5 psi cold front tire pressure, ambient temp 72 F.

Lamb Chop Rides claims his '21 Aprilia 1100 RSV4 Factory outpulls his tuned H2, don't know if that's true but it's what he said in his video. I honestly don't really care, apples to oranges comparison, they're both pretty awesome bikes....

Grn, I don't have a video up on YouTube yet on the new RSV4 but I am attaching an old one we did back in June where I got a pack of guys chasing me on my little green meanie, the ZX-6R....

I'm trying to get Rook to buy one of these, I think it would be good for him...

IDK...if I buy something expensive in the next year it will be a house I think. The future will be more clear this summer. We'll see. It sounds like that thing pulls like a 14. That would really make me want to own one.

Here's how you post a video execept I misspelled youtube on purpose so the tags would be visible in this post:

Rook, yes, the RSV4 1100 feels very similar to the ZX-14 but scaled down to 7/8 scale and maybe 85 lbs lighter.
Once you clear 3500 rpm, the RSV4 pulls really hard reminiscent of my ZX-14 but it revs to a 13600 rpm redline, so is going to have about 15 more rear wheel HP up top. Where and how I ride, I don't think the RSV4 is going to have a major advantage, on a track with a long straightaway I think the RSV4 would pull my 14 on top end but only at very high speed.

Put your wrecked ZX-14 up for sale, get as much as possible and buy one of these, I think you would love it. I am very excited now after some initial trepidation over buying Italian. To be honest, the build quality is right there with the Japanese offerings, just a lot more HP in stock configuration compared to Jap liter bikes and a very solid feel that comes down to Aprilia's racing DNA. Google "2021 Aprilia RSV4 Road and Track Test" on Youtube, there's currently about 30 videos available with track and road tests. They are all super positive, no one says anything bad about these machines and all rate the RSV4 right at the top.

I think it's smart to have a chicken strip on the front tire. If you run off the side of the rear

Stoopid tablet.
If you run off the rear it's usually manageable. You run off the front, not so much.

Let me know if you guys can open this link, I posted it to the YouTube private channel. Met up with a kid on a 2020 ZX-6R and he wanted to follow me back in the twisties and shoot the action on his GoPro camera. I'm out in front on my '06 ZX-14,"Big Red". I think that he was thinking I'd be easy pickins on a big 'ol heavy ZX-14 in the corners but he was in for a bit of a rude awakening. The kid was good in the corners but still no match for the ZX-14 back there. You can see me easily pulling a big gap every time a set of corners came up and I intentionally slowed way down on the straights so he could catch back up. If I'd lit the afterburner on the 14 on the straight sections, I would have been in the next state. I have found over the years, on the right road and with the right tires, the 14 can match pretty much anything turn for turn. BTW, I was on Bridgestone track tires that day, so cheating a little bit...lol!

Just gorgeous Morgstang, congratulations! I've noticed the guys that own these are pretty passionate about them. My '21 is not near as pretty as yours but it's starting to grow on me and the power, brakes, suspension and handling are other wordly. Once I get a carbon fiber SC Project pipe and some other tasty carbon tidbits on there, I think I'm going to love it. BTW, I wish I had your wheels...

BTW, that looks like one of my Ninjas lurking in the background, is that a ZX-10R or ZX-6R?

Hubster, I joined the Aprilia RSV4 Forum and posted my first ride impressions a few days ago under the name Jweb2c57. Unfortunately, every forum inevitably seems to have an asshole that nobody gets along with and on the Aprilia Forum, it's a guy that calls himself motoracerx.

As a general rule, I try to be polite but my patience does have it's limits and I'm about there with Mister mrx...

I don't know what his malfunction is and I'm not inclined to waste any of my time finding out.

Here's a link to the page, maybe it's time for the Hubmeister to join the RSV4 Forum and raise a little hell...lol!

Kruz and Morgstang, bloody beautiful bikes!

And Kruz, read your Aprilia link and was having a laugh.

Why does there always have to be an insecure and sorry piece of work on every forum?

Coincidently there were a couple of replacements that immediately took his place.

It's all good Yannih, I'd much rather get along with people than have conflict any day but it is what it is. Fortunately, mrx has decided to take his bat and ball and go home, at least for now. He seems to be a bit of an internet bully and when people start pushing back, they back off, at least that's what seems to be happening.

Gorgeous fleet you have there morgstang, I didn't notice that was a Tuono at first, looks very similar to an RSV4. That is one good looking bike and makes more sense for the road than the RSV4.

Ha, been booted off that one having the tuono. Hosted by AF1 Racing. The squid move there was removing their intake snorkels, losing low end grunt. Made a difference. I rattled their cage once too many times.

I do remember a rear brake bleed problem, but I can't remember if I took mine off to get it working, or just my routine bleed with the nipple opened once? If either of you bleed the rear and has the same lines, master, mounting, it was the only way to get the pedal back; was to remove the master, angle it and I'm trying to think if I moved the plunger somehow in the air, off the bike and the pedal came back?

Lotta help I am. Don't get old.

Thing is, I'm focused on the OP's problem, point to a few variables I'd chase first, then the guru's step in and get on my case. Once that happens, it's now to focus on the Karen/Ken types and rip them a new one. No cursing, no threats, just sheer insults to the hilt so when I get the boot, I up'd the game; the admin calms down the forum by kicking me out. So much fun on my end.

FCS, it's just a bike with a problem to be solved. But somehow I bring out the confrontation by minding my own business. Oh wait, I called out a guy, said this is a squid move, stand in front of the word is you put yourself there. I just pointed out a novice answer that didn't dissect it; can't be the problem you mentioned because of this or that is working so it can't be that. 'Hey, did you call a member a squid?' If the shoe fits, you fucking shittyit. I may not say it that way, but more it pops in the head, makes me laugh and I type it out. "You have been banned for no reason... baa bye" <<<
